Jasmine B. Tootill (1399—1484) was a medieval duelist who, defying all odds, won the National Mutant Dueling Competition of 1430.
Biography

Jasmine was born in 1399, somewhere in the British Isles. If she enrolled at Commonwealth School of Mutantry, she attended the school from around 1406 to 1417, under Principal Philla Sparre.
In 1430, at the age of thirty-one, Tootill took part in the National Mutant Dueling Competition. She made it to the finals, and proved to be an effective duelist when she, against all odds, defeated the expected winner, Samson Weslin, by shapeshifting.
Jasmine Tootill died in 1484, at the age of eighty-five.
By the 2010s, Tootill was featured on a Holocard, which pictured her cheering after her defeat of Samson Weslin.
Etymology

- The name Jasmine is the English word for the climbing plant with fragrant flowers which is used for making perfumes. The origins for Tootill are not quite clear.
