Charlotte White (" 1892—present): Famous campaigner for lifting the International Confederation of Mutants' Statute of Secrecy and telling Muggles that mutants still exist. Ms. White has been imprisoned several times for her blatant and deliberate use of mutantry in public places. ―Holocard.
Charlotte White (b. 1892) was a female mutant who famously advocated for the repeal of the International Statute of Mutant Secrecy.
STOP SUPERPOWER SUPPRESSION!" ―One of Charlotte's activism signs.
Charlotte White was born in
1892, somewhere in the United States of America. If she enrolled at Superhero School, she attended the school in around 1899 to 1910, under Headmaster Supermaul.
It was Ms. White's belief that the annulment of the
International Statute of Mutant Secrecy (established by the International Confederation of Mutants in 1692) and consequent mixing of the mutant and Muggle societies was opportune and convenient in the 20th century. As such, she became a vigorous activist for that cause, and deliberately and unlawfully used mutantry indiscriminately in public places, in full sight of Muggles, which led to a series of convictions and imprisonments in Beta Prison.
White was still alive by the
2010s, by which time she was featured on a Holocard, which pictured her symbolically in shackles.
